Shipping Policy
Processing and Handling Time
We aim to process all orders as efficiently as possible. Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order for shipment and does not include the shipping transit time.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your package’s progress.

- Canada Shipping Fee: $100.00
Order Modifications & Changes
We understand that sometimes you may need to adjust your order. If you need to make changes, such as updating the shipping address or altering items, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may not be possible as your order could already be processed or prepared for shipment.
- Modifications or address updates: Additional fees may apply depending on the change.
- Address changes after shipment: We are not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries if an address change is requested after the order has been shipped.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders are typically processed and may already be shipped, making cancellations unfeasible.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery. If you do not receive tracking information or need assistance with tracking, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If you need further help, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
Shipping Delays
Although we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays during busy periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and Canada. We hope to expand our international shipping options in the future.
