Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Return Shipping Label: If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it by offering a refund or exchange if necessary.


Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
If you need a different item, we suggest returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. This will ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed or shipped, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

To modify an order (e.g., change the shipping address), please reach out within 24 hours. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications.
