The NIBCO® resilient wedge, ductile iron, gate valve features Class 125 flanged, flat face or mechanical joint end connections for easy installation and accessibility. Non-rising stem used in conjunction with indicator posts are recommended when positive shutoff and a quick visual indicator of open/closed position is required. The flanged by mechanical end connection allows transition of piping systems (steel to cast iron pipe). It is listed by Underwriters Laboratories of the US and Canada (UL/ULC) and approved by FM Approved.
